GENERAL CONTEXT Médecins Sans Frontières is an international independent medical-humanitarian organization, which offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE The overall objective is to promote, monitor and support the implementation of training online solutions to support operations and to contribute to a better knowledge and management of security among the identified key staff.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE She/he will be responsible of implementation and revision of the Security online courses, as well as following-up closely the learning evolution of the key profiles identified by Direction of Operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsibilities linked to adapt and revise the learning solutions.
Keeps regular interaction with the Security Management Advisor to make sure that new tools, guidance documents, etc are properly reflected in the PSM course.
Has an overview of the different learning solutions regarding security and seeks complementarity.
Eventually explores other external solutions that can be used by OCBA.
Responsibilities linked to the online trainings Correction of exercises and assignments.
Implementation of webinars.
Tutor the courses.
With TEMBO technicians, makes sure the proper functioning of the tool/course.
Revision and adaptation of the content when needed (through feedbacks from participants and directions given by SAG and DirOps).
Responsibilities linked to follow-up key identified staff.
Maintains an updated list of people enrolled in courses.
Ensures that the prioritized staff know their responsibilities on security knowledge (as defined in AP).
Organizes ad-hoc briefings or support sessions when needed.
Other duties Collecting feedbacks from the field (mainly HoMs/FCs) about needs for improvement of existing (and missing) learning solutions for security management.
SELECTION CRITERIA  Field experience in MSF, of at least 5 years of proving experience in security management.
Preferred profiles.
oM, Deputy HoM, FC, LogCo.
Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning solutions & trainings.
Experience on developing learning programs/activities and / or carrying similar tasks described above.
English and French compulsory (Spanish, Portuguese and/or Arabic are an asset).
CONDITIONS  Position based in any MSF OCBA Hub (Barcelona, MSF-Spain office delegations, Amman, Bogota, Dakar or Nairobi).
Final location will be subject to the employability of the preselected candidate (residency, work permit, etc.).
Full time job.
Initial duration of 6 months with possibility of extension.
Contract modality according to local legal framework Annual gross salary.
HQ-3B (divided into 12 monthly payments) + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward Policy.
