The platform features a strong social engagement layer, including comments, threads, and rewards.
On top of that, it incorporates a gamification system where users earn points and rewards for their actions - creating rankings, voting, commenting, and completing daily tasks or missions.
As a new project, The Ranking provides a unique opportunity to shape something from the ground up.
We're building the ultimate SocialFi entertainment and discovery platform, and we're looking for a talented Social Marketing Executive to help us grow and engage our community.
The Role As the Social Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in driving brand engagement and growth across social media and other digital channels.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies, building a strong online presence, and fostering a sense of community around The Ranking.
You'll work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Responsibilities · Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
· Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
· Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling assets for social media campaigns.
· Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and community discussions to maintain an active and positive presence.
· Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (engagement, reach, growth), and report findings to optimize future strategies.
· Manage and grow Telegram groups and online communities, ensuring a vibrant and active audience.
· Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge strategy.
· Manage paid social campaigns, ensuring they deliver on KPIs and contribute to user acquisition and engagement goals.
· Support marketing initiatives by brainstorming new content ideas and innovative ways to engage users.
Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Social Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and community management.
· Proficiency with social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
· Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to brand tone and voice.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Experience with content creation and visual storytelling, collaborating with design teams to bring ideas to life.
· Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Preferred Qualifications · Experience managing paid social advertising (e.
., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
· Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or SocialFi concepts is a plus.
· Knowledge of platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram for community building.
