This is your chance to be part of a movement that will elevate an entire industry.The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Producer/Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience creating both video and still content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You will bring a mix of design, video production, and content creation expertise to produce high-quality assets that resonate with our B2C (creators) and B2B (agencies) audiences.You’ll be responsible for:Content Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with the social media manager to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Infloww’s brand messaging and marketing objectives.Generate innovative ideas for both video and still assets that engage target audiences and support content pillars.Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.Content Creation and Production:Video Content:Plan, script, storyboard, and produce video content for various social media platforms.Film and edit video content independently or in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects to enhance video storytelling.Still Content:Design compelling visuals, including social media posts, infographics, and branded templates.Create platform-specific graphics optimized for engagement.Content Coordination and Management:Organize and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of both video and still assets in alignment with the social media schedule.Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce cohesive and engaging campaigns.Advisory and Collaboration:Provide expert advice on best practices for video and graphic design tailored to each platform.Partner with the social media manager to align on creative direction and ensure all assets meet brand guidelines.Performance Analysis and Optimization:Analyze the performance of content using engagement metrics and audience feedback.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future video and still content strategies.Ideally, you’ll have:Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, including video production and graphic design for social media.Proven track record of creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.Technical Skills:Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Expertise in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Creative Skills:Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats, specifications, and audience preferences.Ability to ideate and execute creative concepts that align with brand messaging.Communication and Collaboration:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills:Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to social media content.Experience working in the tech or digital content creation industry is preferred.Knowledge of the OnlyFans platform and creator economy is a plus.What’s in it for you:Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills.Remote Work: Flexible working hours and location options.Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.Inclusive Culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.Collaborative Environment: Work with team members who understand and support the importance of your contributions.How to Apply:If you are passionate about creating impactful social media content and eager to contribute to a growing company in the digital content creation industry, we’d love to hear from you!Please submit the following to ashley@infloww.com:Your resume/CV.A few words explaining why you're a great fit for this role.A portfolio or reel showcasing both video and still content you've produced.Infloww is an equal opportunity employer.
