The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Video Content Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in producing and editing engaging video content specifically tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves coordinating, planning, advising on, and occasionally filming video content that resonates with our target audiences—both B2C (creators) and B2B (agencies).
Tasks
Content Strategy and Planning:

Collaborate with the social media manager to develop a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with Infloww’s brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Generate innovative ideas for video content that support our content pillars and engage our target audiences.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Video Production and Editing:

Collaborate with the social media manager to plan, script, and storyboard video content for various social media platforms.
Coordinate and oversee video briefs, ensuring high-quality production standards.
Film video content when necessary, either independently or by coordinating with internal teams or external partners.
Edit video content using industry-standard software to optimise for engagement and platform specifications.
Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and other elements to enhance video content.

Content Coordination and Management:

Organise and manage the video content calendar in alignment with the overall social media schedule.
Ensure timely delivery of all video content, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce cohesive content.

Advisory and Collaboration:

Provide expert advice on video content best practices and platform-specific requirements.
Work closely with the social team to produce collaborative content.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Provide insights and recommendations to optimise content based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.

Requirements
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production and editing for social media.
Proven track record of creating engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Ability to operate professional filming equipment and oversee the entire production process.

Creative Skills:

Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent understanding of platform-specific video formats, specifications, and best practices.
Ability to generate creative ideas that align with brand messaging and audience interests.

Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to video content.
Experience working in the tech or digital content creation industry is preferred.
Knowledge of the OnlyFans platform and creator economy is a plus.
