In this context, we are seeking a Software Delivery Lead with a technical focus on leading a team to develop a new insurance platform.

What will make you succeed in this position? • Experience of at least 5 years in the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably in the area of insurance or banking services.
• knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and tools, particularly in agile methodologies and frameworks like Kanban, Scrum and SAFe and tools like JIRA and confluence.
• Strong technical knowledge in one or more of the following languages is essential.
Java, Kotlin, Typescript and in architecture approaches (microservices, serverless, etc.), we are looking for a hands on person with real software engineering experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical thinking to break down issues or decisions into manageable pieces.
• A highly motivated team player and an expert in managing conflicts and priorities.
Your mission in the role will be • Lead and manage the IT delivery function, including project managers, developers, and other IT professionals in multiple locations.
• Implement existing IT delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure delivery on time, budget and quality projects or services in Allianz Tech.
• Identify and promote improvement actions either in the solution or in the way of working or workspace of the assigned teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Actively management of the dependencies within other areas either on IT or business level to ensure delivery milestone accomplishment.
