Support and Problem Resolution 🛠️ ⚡Perform analysis, diagnostics, and QA to identify and resolve customer technical issues promptly.Manage complex problems, coordinate with various technical teams, and ensure customers are kept informed about progress and solutions.2. Collaboration with the Product Team 🤝 💡Provide direct feedback to the Product team based on customer experiences and needs.Contribute to product requirements by sharing customer insights, suggesting improvements, and communicating key updates to clients.3. Support for Pre-sales Activities 📊 🎯Collaborate with the pre-sales team during client POCs (Proof of Concepts), guiding technical implementation and ensuring proper configuration.4. Deep Technical Knowledge of the Product 🔍Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services, including technical specifications, capabilities, and applications in various client environments.5. Development of New Solutions 🖥️Strengthen client relationships by proposing and developing innovative solutions tailored to their emerging needs and challenges.6. Successful Technical Integrations 🔧 🔗Work closely with Delivery, PMO, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation of technical integrations, migrations, and product updates.Provide technical support during incidents and coordinate efforts for quick resolution.7. Testing ✅Participate in functional and usability testing for both SaaS and On-Premise solutions.8. Monitoring 📊Monitor SaaS API performance, support requests, and recurring problem patterns.Use insights to recommend product improvements and proactively address client needs.9.
