Key job responsibilitiesIn this role, you will need to:- Set a vision for your team and create product roadmaps- Be a great people manager, motivating and coaching your diverse team- Work with engineers to define technical and product requirements and priorities- Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the product life cycle, influencing best practices for your own team and for your customers- Build and maintain delightful customer experience and operational excellence for your products- Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitmentsThe ideal candidate is enthusiastic about leading a team of engineers focused on creating solutions for developers, with a strong desire to enhance their daily work and act as a multiplier for other teams.
You have experience collaborating with other development teams and managers as your customers, are capable of owning mission-critical code in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where priorities change rapidly, and consistently consider the broader impact your team can have.
You enjoy solving challenging problems relating to the use of automation at scale, development best practices, and more.

We provide tools, data, and infrastructure that will reduce the time to get code from developers to customer devices whilst ensuring operational excellence, by reducing friction during coding and providing greater device health visibility.
Our vision is to develop a suite of tools that seamlessly integrate across the entire development lifecycle, from desktop to production.
These tools will enable pre-hardware development and a smooth transition to on-device testing.
