Unconflicted and independent, we are reimagining a simpler future for the complex ecosystem of travel.We’re recruiting a Sr Quality Analyst/Software Development Engineer in Test to join our amazing Barcelona team!Responsibilities:Work with QA Leads and project stakeholders to Build in Quality, Continuous Integration and improve speed to Production with a drive toward Continuous Delivery.Support both Automation and Manual testing activitiesSupport and contribute to the overall CI/CD strategy for our products and for the company. Contribute to the estimation & planning of team’s tasks for each release, including identifying quality risks and constraints. Review your team's test case suites, test execution progress and quality deliverables. Monitor and compile Automation test results and communicate these to the project team, drive toward continuous testing. Take part in root cause analysis of Quality issues. Evaluate new QA tools & processes and introduce tangible improvements to Quality. Contributing towards the Automation testing framework. Be comfortable supporting Automation for micro services architectures. Work with a variety of tools - Jira, Work Collaboration Tools (Confluence), Jira Test Case Management system, CI/CD pipelines, etc. Peer review Automation code for other SDET's, Developers, etc.Escalate issues appropriately to project stakeholders.Collaborate with other teams for dependencies.What we look for/who would prosper in this role?4+ years as a Test Automation Engineer with web services, backend systems or micro services API, DB, Functional & Non-Functional testingOO Programming language (Java or similar) Advanced experience with API testing including creation of automated tests (Karate, Rest Assured or similar tools) Cucumber or other automated testing frameworks Version control systems such as Git Build tools such as Maven or Gradle Continuous Integration platforms such as Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similarStrong analytical skills, logical and structured approach into test planning, execution and analysis Strong organisational & communication skillsPlease note, only candidates eligible to work in Spain can apply.If interested, please get in touch with me on Linkedin or drop an email with your recent CV on usha@infotreeglobal.com and I'll get back to you at the earliest.Best RegardsUshaInfotree Global SolutionsLinkedin: linkedin.com/in/usha-rahul-116453223
