om/medtech We have multiple teams across MedTech Surgery, that are searching for the best talent for their Software Engineering Internship positions, based in Santa Clara, CA.
You will be responsible for.
Working with software and other specialists as part of a focused cross-functional team developing software for medical robotic applications.
Develop software prototypes in C++ and test on the robotic system.
Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
Learn processes through training to support compliance.
Be responsible for features from design, to implementation, testing and finally, support.
Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams to develop software.
Qualifications Required.
BS/MS Computer Science, Computer Science/Engineering student or equivalent.
Knowledge of C++ Programming.
Understanding of object oriented programming.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithmic complexity.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Preferred.
Knowledge of real-time software applications and RTOS.
People with a keen interest in medical technology, robots or software development.
Anyone dedicated to continual growth and improvement.
Knowledge of Linux, QNX, or Python is helpful.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have work authorization in the United States at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
The anticipated base pay for this position for candidates in a Robotics discipline is Sophomore $/hr, Junior $/hr, Senior $/hr, Masters $/hr, PhD $/hr.
The anticipated base pay for this position for candidates in other Engineering disciplines (not Robotics) is Sophomore $/hr, Junior $/hr, Senior $/hr, Masters $/hr, PhD $/hr.
