Enterprise Services (ES) is a key horizontal area in the company that develops Value Partnerships in Healthcare Organizations.  Enterprise Services is the SIEMENS Healthineers area responsible of partnering with customers to enable sustainable improvement, including expanding and advancing operational and financial performance, fostering clinical excellence, and increasing patient and staff satisfaction.
For that purpose, we define Value Partnerships that consists of handling large and complex long-term projects, incorporating medical equipment and high value-added operational, digital, educational and consulting services from Siemens Healthineers and even third parties to improve clinical workflows.
Your main responsibilities:  Drive expansion of Enterprise Services by leading a multidisciplinary team to develop Value Partnerships with customers.
Value based approach:  Promote initiatives and solutions in medtech market that enable customer transformation and innovation with high clinical impact.
Deploy value based holistic approaches focus on innovative technology, productivity and sustainability.
Solution Architecture:  Define challenging and complex solutions based on medical technology, digital solutions, educational, consulting and operational services that allow customers to achieve their strategic goals and improve quality of healthcare based on our innovative portfolio.
Those solutions will be focus on clinical areas like Oncology, Neurology, Surgery, Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiology, ….  Define and apply new business models that allow to drive changes in healthcare organizations.
long term partnerships, clinical focus new services models, …  Ensure understanding of customer key driver factors and pain points that allow a detailed definition of project scope and requirements.
Opportunity Management:  Strong focus on lead nurturing and opportunities development.
Ensure extensive sales support to the local sales organization and technical collaboration and knowledge transfer to boost lead generation.
Bid management and solutions architecture definition based on the SH portfolio and aligned with current trends in market.
Manage funnel of opportunities and business development according with the internal methodologies in place (PM@, CRM) Manage and register opportunities in the CRM system together with Sales Organization.  Support ES Business Development Strategy to define future landscape of ES Value Partnerships and solutions.
What do you need for developing this position.
Background and experience in Healthcare medtech market.
More than 5 years.  Experience in developing healthcare med-tech proposals and public tenders.
Good understanding of Healthcare trends, dynamics and solutions.
clinical workflows, operational workflows, technology, digitalization...
Experience in contract management and negotiations.
Orientation to results, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Ability to lead non-direct report teams.
Ability to make persuasive presentations.
Availability to travel nationally.
Higl level of English languaje (B2/C1 Marco Europeo de referencia).
