ALEIA by Paulo Airaudo is a haute cuisine project, which received its first Michelin Star in November , located in the luxurious Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona (Spain).
We are looking for a sommelier to expand our dining room team...
Responsibilities:.
-Advise clients on the selection of wines, pairings and drinks, providing a personalized and high-quality service..
-Maintain and update the wine list, ensuring a high-quality selection that complements our menu..
-Manage wine inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability..
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service...

-5-day work week, with an indefinite contract and 2 fixed and consecutive weekly days off..
What we expect:.
-Previous experience as a sommelier in high-end restaurants..
-Knowledge of wines, wine regions and service techniques..
-Excellent communication and customer service skills..
-Professional attitude, impeccable presentation and ability to work in a dynamic environment..
-Certification in sommelier or equivalent training is a plus.
Experiencia.
