Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).Global ResponsibilityIn coordination with the S&OP manager, he/she will be responsible for the industrial S&OP process and for generating a regularly updated and reliable company-wide demand forecast that can be translated into plant production plans, purchasing plans and investment plans. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute the schedule of activities and meetings with stakeholders for the proper functioning of Chemo's S&OP process. Generate demand through statistical tools for both current and new products. Demand review with B2B/B2C commercial teams (Business units) and customers. Maintain an update of demand forecast to be analyzed to understand changes, per product and per country. Manage metrics (Bias, Fcs accuracy) in order to identify opportunities and to draw improvement plans. Develop operational forecast models at multiple levels of aggregation at different time horizons. Prepare and maintain relevant reports related to the demand planning process. Provide input to volume planning (latest estimates / annual process). Maintain the forecasting and demand planning (IBP) system and software and accompany its development, identifying improvements and designing dashboards.
