As a Source Specialist on our team, you will.
- Identify new sources to find candidates for Concentrix positions.
- Negotiate contracts with Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards - Coordinate candidates' applications coming from Recruitment Agencies and distribute them among the corresponding Recruiters - Check and manage all the documents related to the sources (Invoices, contracts, proposals) - Publish and promote job offers daily - Managing Friends Hunting Inbox and rules - Make reports to ensure effectiveness of sources - Proactive search of candidates - Cooperate with Recruiters and Projects in the creation of job descriptions Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
