Speed Queen is a manufacturer of washing machines and laundry equipment, founded in Ripon, Wisconsin, in the United States. Speed Queen is a subsidiary of Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, currently the leading manufacturer of laundry equipment.Position Responsibilities:To support the ALS Spain sales team and Speed Queen concept development.Building strong working relationships with the relevant contacts and providing excellent customer service.To increase the sales through SQ stores in the territory.Providing the best level of customer service to all customers/investors.Dealing with all inbound queries and requests from prospects (phone/email).Collecting all leads and sales opportunities regardless of its source.Managing leads and prospects helping the sales team to identify and create qualified opportunities and building a healthy sales pipelines.Providing back-up support to the SQ sales team while they are out, helping in all areas of the sales operations as necessary. Complete all documentation required by other departments as Logistic, etc..Collaborating with market research, demographic and location analysis per each SQ store.Collaborating with the update of the internal Speed Queen tools and reporting sales activity to upper management.Respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely fashion.Build up a full understanding of the market, investor needs, competition, service and pricing.Present, when required, Speed Queen concept to the prospectsTo visit and build strong business relationships with all investors within the Speed Queen portfolio.Build up a full understanding of the market, customer needs, new product ideas, competition, service and pricing.To complete detailed call reports to report back on the results of each lead/prospect/visit through internal CRM system.Ensure investor and Speed Queen units information is regularly updated.Assist will other responsibilities within the ALS Spain departments.Position Qualifications:Knowledge/Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in pre-sales service and knowledge in preparation of bids, proforma invoices.Skills and Abilities:Good communication.Ease of relationship with customers and members of technical services.Empathy and leadership ability.
