SR. DIRECTOR, ANALYST – INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP (REMOTE - CANADA)

The Senior Director Analyst provides research and advisory to senior Infrastructure and IT Operations leaders globally.
He/she possesses a keen eye for identifying gaps, problems, and solutions, and helps clients make better decisions relative to their highest business priorities.
What you will do.
As a Senior Director in the Infrastructure & Operations Leadership practice, you will apply broad knowledge of current and emerging leadership trends gained firsthand as a head of IT Infrastructure and/or IT Operations.
You will formulate and articulate technology and business adoption scenarios that help senior leaders embrace opportunities, risk and approaches for modernizing infrastructure, systems and processes.
Help senior leaders deal with challenging political dynamics of key stakeholders to influence and achieve successful outcomes.
Collaborate in cross-team settings with infrastructure colleagues as well as software engineering, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and CIO strategy analysts.
Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions.
What you will need.
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience Recent experience as the senior most Infrastructure and/or IT Operations leader in a mid or large sized organization is required.
Significant experience with people leadership topics such as designing future-fit organization structures, skills and talent management and driving culture change via transformational initiatives is required.
Practical experience leading investments in cloud computing, delivering platforms and services to enable digital transformation while connecting Infrastructure and IT Operations work to business outcomes and overcoming technical debt.
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges.
Experience with a wide range of environments from traditional to more leading-edge across a variety of industries and geographies is preferred.
Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team.
Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability.
