Stażysta w Dziale HR (Learning & Development Department) jest osobą odpowiedzialną za wsparcie w organizacji programów szkoleniowych oraz procesu komunikacji w firmie.
Kluczowe obowiązki.
wsparcie w procesie tworzenia oraz realizacji programów rozwojowych, wsparcie w planowaniu i organizacji szkoleń oraz programów szkoleniowych, tworzenie i aktualizacja materiałów szkoleniowych (w tym tłumaczenie materiałów z/na język angielski), działanie w social media, wsparcie w procesie komunikacji projektów L&D do pracowników (przygotowanie materiałów informacyjnych w podstawowych programach graficznych, np.
Canva, Prezi lub podobne), wsparcie administracyjne Zespołu L&D, tworzenie raportów i podsumowań na potrzeby Zespołu L&D.
Kogo szukamy?.
Absolwent Uczelni Wyższej lub Student z pełną dyspozycyjnością w tygodniu, Osoba interesująca się tematyką soft HR, bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office, mile widziana biegły Excel, język angielski na poziomie komunikatywnym, zaangażowanie i motywacja do stałego rozwoju, samodzielność, proaktywność, odpowiedzialność za swoje procesy, bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność, terminowość.
Mile widziane.
znajomość programów Sharepoint, Canva, Prezi lub innych programów graficznych (użytecznych w wewnętrznej komunikacji).
