The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating, implementing and optimizing shaders, materials, VFX, lighting, and performance.Who we are:We are StickyLock - a passionate international studio creating innovative digital experiences. We are currently developing golf games.Requisitos mínimos:What will you bring with you:Knowledge in the following areas in game development:- Modelling & Texturing- Scripting/Tools Development- Lighting- Shaders (GLSL/HLSL)- VFX- Rendering & Post Processing- Rigging and Animation- Strong understanding of Graphic Rendering Pipeline for next-gen technologies,- Background in 3D development software (qg. 3DS Max, Maya, Blender),- Experience working with Unreal 5 Engine,- Experience working with Source Control (Git, Perforce, Mercurial),- Strong Technical Background on the Art Production Process and Workflows,- Programing Knowledge (C++, C#, Python, Maxscript) with strong Data Structures,- Proven working experience (3+ years) as a technical artist, - Understanding of project applications, preferably Jira,- Proficiency in written and spoken English,- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills,- A good mood every day.Who are you:- A true self starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative,- A highly self-motivated and positive communicator with strong work ethics,o- An excellent and flexible problem solver with an eye for detail, - Experience in collaboration between artists, programmers, on and off site,- Open to giving and receiving feedforward.Requisitos deseados:What makes you stand out:- Affinity with technology and/or golf,- Experienced in working in an internationally operating organization.Responsabilidades:What will you be doing:- Setting up and maintaining production pipelines and workflow,- Develop tools that will be used by the artists to improve and assist their work in production,- Work with our artists and programmers to ensure that all the assets meet the technical requirements,- Gatekeeper of Tech Art constraints, pushing for top quality visuals,- Create materials, shaders, and VFX,- Manage lighting and post-processing- Maintain performance and handling redering optimization.Beneficios:What do we offer:An exciting role, within an international growing company, plus:- A good salary according to experience,- An innovative, international and fast-growing environment,- State of the art facilities and team building activities,- A pleasant, informal working atmosphere,- Relocation pack,- Work in Mallorca, one of the best places to live in the world (remote is optional).
