We are looking for a Stock/ Sales (M/F) for our new Store in Madrid.
As a Stockist (M/F), your missions will be the following (20H/week).
nsure efficient stock management .
Guarantee the correct reception of deliveries (unpacking, sorting, labeling, beeping, storage), Register deliveries by following the processes, Carry out the daily restocking of the store in accordance with merchandising standards, Ensure the good performance of the reserve by guaranteeing rigorous and optimal storage, Monitor the smooth running of transfer procedures between stores, Participate in the inventories (flying, monthly, fiscal) of the shop, Respond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by the customers on the floor Deliver a unique customer experience .
Have a perfect knowledge of the stock in order to meet the expectations of the Customers as efficiently as possible Streamline the link between stock and the sales area through a structured organization Make sure to present a product according to Octane standards Be an omnichannel ambassador for the Brand (apartment and web) Demonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and the products Know our CSR policy to respond to customers Guarantee the brand image .
Participate in the good presentation of products by highlighting new products Assist the Visual Merchandiser or the Visual Merchandiser in the preparation of the new layout Check the storage and labeling of products in reserve Ensure product quality through careful storage Propose merchandising adjustments to optimize the rotation of products in stock.
Ensure the daily supply of the Apartment and the perfect storage of reserves Have a team spirit .
Be a Team-player, participate in all related tasks Participate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy Relay brand commitments Have a team spirit, mutual aid to promote group synergy and cohesion As a Sales Assistant (M/F), your missions will be the following (20H/week)Delivering a unique customer experience.
Place the customer at the heart of the "Appartement " experience  Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming) Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience Adapt to each customer and their tastes for a personalized unique experience  Accompany customers to discover the Sézane universe and products Act as an ambassador for Sézane across all channels (instore and online) Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products Be proactive in proposing ways to make the customer experience memorable and unique  Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers Guarantee the brand image.
Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising  Check the labeling of products on the floor Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals Ensure the smooth running of Operations.
Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures Collect and respect procedures related to operations Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations) Ensure proper stock management
