As a Store & Sales assistant ( dependiente/a de tienda ) , you will sell products and assist customers in-store. Your primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues, and keeping the shop orderly.
Your challenge:
•
Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction
•
Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
•
Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences
•
Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines
•
Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments
•
Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations
•
Build collaborative relationships across the department store
•
Effectively manage stock and inventory
•
Complete any administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
What will help you succeed in this role:
•
Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
•
POs Shopify knowledge
•
Excellent social skills
•
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
•
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
•
Willingness to constantly learn & develop
•
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal (English & Spanish)
