As a Store & Sales assistant (dependiente/a de tienda) , you will sell products and assist customers in-store.
Your primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues, and keeping the shop orderly.
Your challenge.
Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations Build collaborative relationships across the department store Effectively manage stock and inventory Complete any administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner What will help you succeed in this role.
Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment POs Shopify knowledge Excellent social skills Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge Willingness to constantly learn & develop Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal (English & Spanish) What do we offer?
