Reporting directly to Susi Hernández, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the ideal candidate will collaborate across various departments to ensure the effective implementation of our growth and transformation strategy.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Monitoring and Follow-up:Continuously supervise the progress of initiatives within the Growth and Transformation Strategy.Assess compliance with established milestones and deadlines.Propose and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic performance.Ensure alignment of teams with strategic objectives.Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data related to the strategy.Identify risks that may impact the strategic plan.Propose corrective measures and solutions for deviations.Implementation Support and Corporate Tools:Maintain and update the corporate tool for tracking the growth plan.Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic outcomes.Communication and Reporting:Prepare detailed reports on the progress of initiatives.Actively participate in follow-up committees and coordinate periodic sessions.Qualifications/Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Experience:Over 3 years of experience in project management and/or data analysis.Experience in transformation and change management projects is preferred.Experience in strategic consulting is a plus.Skills:Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and propose improvements.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively.Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools.Languages:High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Values:We are AgileWe are AudaciousWe InnovateWe Succeed TogetherWe Enjoy What We DoWhat we offer you:👥 An awesome team📃 A permanent contract🕑 Flexible working environment (50% home office)💰 Competitive fixed salary, bonus, restaurant ticket🔋 Lifestyle benefits🎓 Development and training opportunities
