We are looking for a motivated and meticulous student worker to become part of our Business Controlling Team.
This role offers a fantastic chance for a student keen on acquiring practical experience in finance and business operations within a nurturing and cooperative setting.
As a member of our Finance Business Partnering team, you will be part of a team which, through close collaboration with the business units, uses data to guide the organization to perform on our value-driving activities.
We support decision-making by developing business cases â highlighting the risks and rewards of making decisions and help bridge the gap between finance and other areas of the business.
Your responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis Support the team in budgeting and forecasting activities Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances Help maintain and improve financial models and tools Participate in various projects and initiatives to optimize business processes Provide administrative support to the Business Controlling Team Your profile You are currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
You have strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
You work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and youâre enthusiastic about learning and embracing new challenges.
