Study Tours Advisor – Polish Speaker Job DescriptionHours and schedulesFull time – 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday-Friday. 8:30h-17:30h (1-hour lunch break). The selected person will be required to work up to 12 Saturdays a year and up to 3 bank holidays.Welcome meeting with groups over the weekends.LocationEither in our office in Madrid, Málaga, Valencia or Barcelona.Language requirementsC2 Polish.Fluency in English and Spanish (at least high B2 level). Other languages would be a plus, especially French or German.About AIL EspañolOver the past 12 years, AIL Español has welcomed over 700 school groups to our destinations, offering them the excitement of learning Spanish and experiencing cultural immersion in several magnificent cities.Since its inception, the school has experienced double-digit growth and now has two central offices in Madrid with 90 members of staff (both teaching and administrative employees). We are a dynamic enterprise, with an ambitious management team and excellent product offering. AIL Español also has schools in Malaga, Valencia and Barcelona and future geographical expansion is envisaged for the coming years.About the roleWe are currently looking for a Polish speaker to join our Educational Study Tours Department, who:- thrives on being part of an international environment - is passionate about sales and customer care- loves the educational language sector and more specifically, the Spanish language.We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. The candidate must be willing and available to travel abroad in order to significantly grow the number of school and university groups that organize educational study tours with us.Main accountabilities• Business Development: Proactively increase our presence on the Polish (and other) markets. Find ways to contact the highest number of teachers and introduce them to our product.• Sales: Actively sell educational study tours to primary and high school teachers as well as study tour agents. Organize sales meetings with teachers and agencies in Poland and other countries. Prepare quotes and offers for groups of 10 to 70 students in various locations. Organise and/or participate in educational fairs for Spanish teachers. • Programme Development: Design detailed 1-, 2- and 3-week itineraries for group stays. Arrange the contracted services (classes, activities, excursions, accommodation, transportation) and oversee the execution of all programmes. Ensure the highest standards of all services and maximise customer satisfaction.• Customer Care: Guide and help group leaders and students during their stay in Madrid. Host welcome presentations, answer group questions and provide detailed information in a patient and friendly manner. Offer effective solutions to clients´ problems and complaints. Develop, maintain and strengthen good relations with group leaders to encourage them to return in the following years with new groups of students. Attend individual clients and teachers at the reception.• Interns: Train and manage some of AIL Madrid’s interns.• Administration: Develop and monitor databases listing the primary and high schools teaching Spanish and the study tour agencies of multiple countries. Issue invoices and certificates and collect payments. Update administrative files and create, update and translate texts and templates. Manage facilities with specific attention to classrooms.• Marketing: Elaborate brochures and promotional materials and manage the Facebook page dedicated to group stays Organize sales meetings with teachers and agencies in Poland and other countries. Collect client reviews and promote AIL on Facebook and other social platforms. Increase our online presence in different markets.Technical skills/Competencies required to undertake role• Sales and goal-oriented.• Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused personality.
