He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential designJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are hiring a Supervisor (40 hr) in our Armani store in C.C Madrid Río to be responsible for the daily on-site supervision of the sales team ensuring a great customer experience.PURPOSEAs a member of the management team, you will reporting to our Store Manager supporting the store maximizing the sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. You will use your knowledge and the product itself to drive the sales team and deliver a world-class service every time.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.You will ensure you to maximize sales opportunities and deliver a world-class service every time.Carry out any reasonable requests made by the management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.Follow grooming guidelines and are incorrect season uniform at all times.DAILY OPERATIONSAssist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and ensuring there is optimal floor cover.Make sure the team complies with the company's timekeeping and attendance expectations.Ensure accurate operations of the tills are carried out and follow company guidelinesSupport Management in stocktake preparations and a good understanding of the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention point of view.Understand and achieve your sale targets, productivity, ATV, UPT, and mystery shopper results. To be reviewed and assessed by your line manager.HOUSEKEEPING AND HEALTH & SAFETYMaintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the store, externally and internally and ensur Heatlh and Safety standards.Be aware of the store's security procedures and help protect the company's interests bringing concerns to the attention of management to minimise theft possibilities.BEHAVIOURS FOR SUCCESSMotivated, energised individual with a positive attitude towards the role.Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining excellent store standards.Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive.Maintain a high level of communication always with clients, colleagues, and other members of management.Ability to coach and mentor junior members of staff.PROFILEProven experience in retail and management roles.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsComfortable leading team-building initiativesKnowledge of inventory managementCompetency in Microsoft Office.High level of English
