At Gracia101, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Consultant specialized in Supply Chain area with at least 10 years of experience to collaborate with one of our major clients. This is a temporary role (3-month contract) with the potential for extension. We are open to both contractors and full-time consultants, preferably based in the Barcelona/Spain area.Main accountabilities for the role:Strategic Planning and ExecutionDefine, implement, track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and Process performance Indicators (PPI) for CX across all Business UnitsAct as a product owner from CX when implementing new Data productsEstablish and manage data quality and governance program to maintain accurate and reliable CX dataIndustrialize CX data analytics to gain accuracy, speed, efficiency, scalability, cost savings and real-time InsightsLead the organization from Diagnostic Analytics to next level, Predictive AnalyticsStakeholder Management and CommunicationAct as a primary point of contact for CX data insights and reportingCultural and Organizational DevelopmentPromote a data-driven culture within the organizationEstablish and nurture a network of data and analytics experts within the CX organization
