WHY TCL?Our company:Founded in 1981, TCL Electronics (HKSE 01070), is a leading company for Consumer Electronics with 25 000 employees across 78 countries and now ranked n°2 worldwide LCD TV supplier.TCL Electronics has developed specific expertise, promoting vertical integration, i.e. manufacturing of its LED TVs from A to Z.TCL’s slogan or signature, « The Creative Life », sets the tone.Our strengths:Taste for challenge of all teamsHigh development ambitionsInternational outreachVertical integrationWe are looking for a Supply Chain Executive who will help ensure that the company's products are delivered on time to our customers, following reliable and economically efficient logistical processes.Key accountabilitiesThe Supply Chain Executive will develop the role in different areas, being responsible of different tasks: WarehouseWeekly stock report to all Sales and Sales Admin teamsWMS & SAP Stock accuracy follow up with different logistics companiesInventory management on all entity and storage locationsMonthly stock reconciliationMonthly stock taking and discrepancy analysis Logistics Logistics contract annual review, adding new transporters if neededManage the relationship with the carriers, meet with service providers once or twice a year to review past and future servicesFollow the issue from logistics KPIsWeekly logistics reportMonthly estimation and analysis of the logistics costsOther tasksAct proactively in case of problems related to transport (delays, damage claims, etc.)Supporting the Sales and Sales Administration teams, as well as the factory located in PolandMonthly closing follow up and arrangement: weekly meeting with Logistics/Sales Admin team to follow up order file on all categories, especially delivery status and truck availabilityMOQ ruling for new products, in line with Warehouse and Sales teamsRequirements4 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, in a similar positionMaster's degree in Logistics and International Trade or similar qualificationsConfirmed trainings in Logistics / Sales administrationLanguages: the person must be fluent in Chinese and English, as well as SpanishInterest in developing a successful experience in logistics and supply chainProficient in Excel and SAPAble to work under pressure and have an efficient communication with all TCL stakeholders
