As the Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of replenishment and tolling planning processes, playing a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of materials. Reporting to the Planning Team Leader, this position involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.Essential Job Functions:Develop and maintain effective replenishment plans based on analysis of key supply and demand factorsCollaborate with MRP raw material planning, procurement, and suppliers to provide accurate raw material requirements aligned with production needsKeep replenishment orders and tolling plans updated at all times, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCollaborate cross-functionally to balance supply and demand requirements and optimize product flow and inventory at a tactical levelTrack, monitor, and report relevant KPIs for responsible areasContribute to weekly supply reviews, highlighting risks, proposing mitigation options, and escalating issues impacting operational efficiencyPropose and monitor inventory targets to achieve optimal balance between customer service, cost, and working capitalPlan replenishment and tolling activities to meet targets, escalating issues impacting inventory control to business stakeholdersQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent; Master's degree preferredBusiness fluent in EnglishDemonstrable experience within a similar MRP planning role ideally within the chemical industry or any other manufacturing organizationAPICS (CPIM) Certification is a plusProven experience in replenishment and tolling planning with a focus on tactical executionProficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and Power BIStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvementArxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
