Our brands are market leaders in OTC products, food supplements, vitamins, well-being, medicated skin care, and hygiene across Europe, including Betadine, Duphalac, Armolipid, Audispray, Excilor, Bucometasana, Plantaben, Nozarem, Eroxon, and Oenobiol.The PositionReporting to the Iberia Supply Chain Director, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and optimizing supply planning processes to meet customer demands efficiently. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.As the Cooper Consumer Health supply chain organization continues to transform and adopt new digitalized processes, this role is designed to evolve.Main Responsibilities· Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure optimal stock levels.· Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Sales/Marketing teams to align supply strategies with business objectives as part of the S&OP process.· Define inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and availability in collaboration with our factories in Europe and our 3PL providers in Spain and Portugal.· Identify potential supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply.· Prepare and analyze key performance metrics, including inventory turnover, service levels, and forecast accuracy.· Utilize advanced planning tools and ERP systems to optimize supply planning and reporting.· Support new product launches by ensuring appropriate inventory availability and supply readiness.· Ensure day-to-day operations effectively to support growth.Profile· Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (specialization in Supply Chain Management is a plus).· Fluent in English and Spanish (both required).· 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain within the FMCG, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of autonomy and networking skills.· Interest in and aptitude for digital tools.· Entrepreneurial mindset.· Comfortable working with complexity.What We Offer· Competitive fixed salary with an attractive bonus scheme based on goal achievement.· Meal vouchers.· Monthly childcare assistance and annual financial support for school expenses.· Flexible compensation.· A dynamic environment with ample opportunities for professional and personal development.· Corporate events and team-building activities to foster team cohesion.· Opportunities for growth and development in a company that is EXPANDING!
