Tu interviendras dans la qualification des tickets et dans leurs résolutions.
Ton périmètre sera Hardware, Software ainsi que la mise en place de processus pour gagner en efficacité.
Rattachée à la Team IT (5 personnes), tu travailleras également avec les équipes CSM, OPS composées d’une dizaine de personnes.
Les derniers outils Saas et l’automatisation poussée au maximum seront ton quotidien.
Tes missions au quotidien Prise en charge des tickets (réception / qualification / suivi) Traitement des tickets de Niveau 1 et Niveau 2 Créer et maintenir les procédures de résolution d’incidents pour automatiser leurs résolutions Préparation des commandes hardwares Créer et maintenir la base de connaissance technique (installations et configurations techniques spécifiques, résolution de problématiques, liste de compatibilités) Gestion Onboarding/OffboardingCompétences recherchées Curiosité et envie d’apprendreTrès bon relationnel client, le goût du contact et le sens de l’écouteRigoureux.
