What we expect from you.
Integrated into the Commercial & Clean Energy area, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's sustainability activities are in continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
You will promote the company's transformation towards higher standards of operational efficiency, environmental responsibility, and social responsibility.
Additionally, you will be a key player in the continuous improvement of the implemented sustainability systems, ensuring that materials and processes comply with current regulations.
Some of your main functions will be.
Management of raw materials inputs database, including the review of the sustainability documentation received from supplier.
Preparation of sustainability documentation for input and output materials.
Preparation and maintenance of a mass balance of sustainable materials.
Management of Mass balance of external storages.
Maintenance of the implemented sustainability system and improvement of it.
Carrying out GHG calculations related to the transformation processing and transportation of products.
Carrying out internal and external audits of suppliers (ISCC, INS, SICBIOS…).
Sustainability assistance to the Commercial Department and obtaining new necessary sustainability systems.
Preparation and maintenance of updated information on stocks and allocations of sustainable materials, to assist commercial planning.
Support for the development of the computer tools necessary for sustainability management.
Sustainability assistance to other group companies, suppliers or clients, depending on needs.
Sustainability Reporting for the different stakeholders (internal and/or official bodies.
Revision of sustainability legislation and its application to our activities.
Ensure that the new raw materials are sustainable (acceptance in the different systems).
Track purchases and sales with the sustainable features of contracts to ensure sales compliance.
What we are looking for.
University degree in environmental studies, sustainability, or a related discipline.
Languages.
Fluent English (C1).
Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of sustainability and HSE.
Another necessary knowledge.
Autonomy and results-oriented, with initiative and collaboration skills.
Experience in leading data analysis initiatives, progress tracking, and reporting.
Ability to identify opportunities and risks from a sustainability perspective, with an open mindset.
