The best way to grow as a company is to help you grow as a person, hence the availability of learning and development opportunities.Meet you future departmentJoin our team as a Call Off & MATERIAL PLANNER PACKAGING and be part of a multinational community with colleagues based in different countries who would share same role and challengesHow can you help us?In this role, your mission will be to ensure the timely provision of containers and packaging for scheduled manufacturing, while meeting Hero's quality requirements, incorporating the correct design, and adhering to the price approved by the Purchasing departmentYour main responsibilitiesReporting to the SE HEAD OF PLANNING, you will:1. Purchase order and order request management and processing:• Manage and process purchase orders and order requests.• Generate and send purchase orders to suppliers.• Update prices and quantities as needed.• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.2. Claim and management of order confirmations:• Handle and follow up on order confirmations from suppliers.• Update systems and records with confirmed dates and quantities.• Address any errors or discrepancies in the confirmations.• Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding order status.3. Review SAP forecasts to generate groupings:• Analyze SAP forecasts and consolidate orders based on grouping criteria.• Ensure efficient and cost-effective ordering by utilizing scaling or other strategies.• Optimize order quantities and scheduling based on forecasted needs.4. Request authorizations from IC clients for auxiliary material orders:• Identify and review the need for auxiliary materials.• Communicate with internal clients to obtain necessary approvals.• Initiate the ordering process for approved auxiliary materials.5. Generate orders for industrial testing:• Generate orders for testing purposes based on provided specifications.• Monitor the progress and delivery of test orders.• Coordinate any necessary actions or adjustments related to testing orders.6. Coordinate merchandise withdrawals with Transportation:• Collaborate with the Transportation department to arrange for merchandise pick-ups.• Provide necessary information and documentation for smooth retrieval of goods.• Update relevant information, such as transportation costs, in the orders.7. Review daily supply of materials required for manufacturing:• Monitor the availability and arrival of materials needed for production.• Take proactive measures to address any delays or shortages.• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.8. Order change control:• Monitor and manage changes in orders, such as advance, cancellation, or delays.• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary modifications.• Ensure accurate documentation and communication of order changes.9. Weekly review of needs files:• Review and analyze needs files to assess material requirements.• Compare confirmed dates from suppliers with production schedules.• Communicate any need for advances or unconfirmed references to suppliers.Academica Background• FP Administration or similar.• English and Spanish: high levelCompetences• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and getting deadlines.• High communication skills• Proactivity, empathy, generosity, and ambition for the excellenceValued but not required:• ERP systems (SAP).• Experience in purchasing (strategic, analytics, executive or administration)What do we offer you?(Confidentiality is assured)We offer a position where you can develop professionally.
