¿Qué harás en este puesto? +Soporte telefónico y presencial de incidencias +Resolución de incidencias + Registro de las incidencias en la herramienta ITIL +Colaboración estrecha con el Helpdesk Regional Requisitos ¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición? +Formación en Ingeniería informática/Telecomunicaciones o CFGS en administración de sistemas informáticos y redes.
+Valorable Inglés alto hablado y escrito (Nivel Advanced) +Experiencia previa en departamento de IT y/o soporte informático a usuarios mínima de 2 años.
+Disponibilidad para cubrir puntualmente turnos nocturnos del servicio 24x5 presencialmente; y remotamente según los cuadrantes del departamento.

Aeropuerto El Prat +Horario.
Lunes a Viernes 9-17h hasta final de año, después turnos rotatorios de mañana / tarde / noche según horarios de operativa.
Disponibilidad y flexibilidad para dar soporte presencial y remoto en los diferentes turnos de lunes a domingo.
+Contrato.
6 meses por ETT + pase a plantilla +Salario.
