We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our company in Spain.Responsibilities:Effectively Source and review applications. Develop a Sourcing strategy that will supply a diverse range of leading talent in a timeframe that supports the business to deliverScreen candidates to evaluate their values and potential as well as their competency to perform the rolePartner with Hiring Managers ensuring all aspects of the role's requirements have been explored effectively to define the desired candidate profile, key skills and experience requiredSearch and select job boards/CV databases to source and approach suitable candidatesManage the interview process and consult into the business on offer management and candidate onboardingMaintain candidates databaseAd-hoc HR dutiesMinimum requirements:2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a Logistic industryHave managed multiple concurrent vacancies and are motivated to provide the best experience for both candidate and business stakeholdersHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).Familiarity with employment law as regards recruitmentExceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a first class serviceExcellent interpersonal skills with a positive “can do” attitudeStrong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.Able to work at pace and deliver in a dynamic environmentFluent in Spanish, Chinese speaker is a plus.* When applying, please attach a copy of your CV in English.
