About This Role As a Talent Acquisition Lead based in our Madrid office, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting the exceptional talent that will propel Morningstar forward.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and provide your expertise to bring in the best candidates to join us, ensuring that every new team member aligns with our mission and values.
What You'll Do Lead the Talent Journey.
This is a 'hands-on' role, so you'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing to extending offers.
You'll ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Provide leadership and support to Talent Acquisition Associates in Madrid, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is empowered to succeed.
