Our client is a leading international company in its sector. In line with its expansion, GENUINE is supporting it in its search for a new member for the Human Resources team with the aim of developing the Talent Acquisition Partner figure.. For the right person, this position will offer many interesting development opportunities as the talent acquisition area expands in the coming years.The Talent Acquisition Partner will be part of a passionate HR team that is highly committed to the corporation's project, supporting the execution of the strategy and aspirations for future growth as an international company. Therefore, a fundamental part of their efforts is to incorporate an expert technician motivated by selection. We are thinking of a person with experience in this area, who will provide resources, knowledge and tools to develop their work as well as integrate the development of projects related to their area of ​responsibility.The TAP will be responsible for improving the selection processes, so we are looking for a person who is a driver of change, who likes challenges, ensuring that all candidates (both external and internal) have a good experience and that hiring managers receive the best support in the selection process. Objectives and Functions of the TAP•Create a talent acquisition strategy and establish and introduce a good and solid recruitment process into the organization. Accustomed to direct search.Accustomed to identifying the best sources and recruitment platforms based on profiles.Proactivity and support to managers in the selection process, job intake, interviews and assessments. Determination of execution deadlines.Coordination with the human resources team and managers during all phases of the process, including closing the acceptance of the offer and the incorporation of the candidate.•Carry out the onboarding of the incorporations and the follow-up of the same.Work closely with HR management in analysing internal job positions, identifying internal talent, establishing development and mobility plans in an international environment.Promote the company's presence in different forums and professional organisations, especially in training centres, establishing a long-term bond of mutual collaboration.Desirable profile, requirementsRelevant qualification in human resources management, business administration or any other similar field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a recruitment or talent acquisition consultant or equivalent, where recruitment was an important part of their responsibility.Extensive knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms, knowing the preferences of certain professional targets.Knowledge of various interview methods and assessment tools.Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.Excellent communication skills. High achievement orientation.Structured and organised but able to be flexible and adapt to new situations when necessary.Curious and able to develop a good understanding of the business. Languages: Spanish and/or Catalan. Professional English (essential).Location of Headquarters: Granollers (province of Barcelona). In-person modality with flexible hours.
