You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and contact hiring managers on a daily basis.
As a generalist profile, you will have the opportunity to hire Sales, Account Management, Tech, Finance, and Marketing Roles.
ey responsibilities you will be in charge of - Source, qualify, and match candidates for specific open positions across several Business Units and countries.
- Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across a number of critical searches.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers.
- Use of an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates.
- Lead debrief/recap discussions about potential candidates, and help interviewing teams reach the best final hiring decision.
- Support the candidate's experience at every stage of the process.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
equirements to succeed in this role - 3 - 5 years of experience - Academic Background in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management - Sourcing experience in fast-paced environments is a plus - Good knowledge of global recruitment strategies and branding - Great communication skills and High emotional intelligence - Excellent English communication, written and spokenWhat you will love about usAt Arbolus we want everyone to feel welcomed and motivated.
