- Serás responsable de gestionar todo el proceso de contratación.
- Podrás definir la estrategia de contratación en un entorno digital, utilizando diferentes portales de empleo.
¡También podrás proponer ideas innovadoras! - Realizarás entrevistas basadas en habilidades, así como elaborarás informes para tus clientes.
- Serás el encargado de dar seguimiento a todos tus procesos con clientes y candidatos manteniendo una comunicación efectiva.
- Orientarás a los clientes sobre las tendencias de cada sector.
- Trabajarás junto con el equipo de nuestro Account Manager para construir una relación sólida con nuestros clientes.

- Cuentas con experiencia en la selección de personal y quieres seguir desarrollando tu carrera profesional.
- Tener formación universitaria preferentemente en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- cuentas con un nivel nativo de español, catalán y nivel competente profesional de inglés.
