You will be joining Marta, Míriam and Eli to form an even greater team with the spirit of creating better together!Our Team’s Mission is to enable our Purpose of Blending Care and Creativity to Nourish the World by contributing to the realization of our business strategy and business growth, Attracting Talent, Nourishing our colleague's personal and professional growth and delivering meaningful and fulfilling People Experiences.In this internship, you will be working in the Talent Acquisition and Employee Development programs across Europe.What will you learn?Talent Recruitment: Talent sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and LinkedIn direct sourcingConducting InterviewsSupport the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and follow-upsMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updatesHelp create and post job descriptions and advertisements in various mediaTalent Development:Coordination of training programs and workshopsUnderstand our Personal and Professional Growth Planning framework and support employeesProvide support for performance review processesEmployee Experience: You will create Talent & Development Sharepoint pages in our intranet to support the employee experienceOffice Support:You will support our office management and reception if/when Míriam (our Office Manager) is out of the office. We all do cover for each other as needed!What are we looking for?Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or has completed the degree within the last 2 yearsStrong interest in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee developmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
