Responsibilities Your role an Associate Director will involve.
Support the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.
Implement, assess, and amplify the impact of the annual employee engagement survey to ensure a comprehensive understanding of organizational sentiment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead the development and integration of sophisticated annual analyses of critical human resources metrics.
Strategically manage and lead institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Support the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.
Lead and implement the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should have.
A solid background in talent management or related fields.
Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines.
Master´s Degree from a top University will be valued.
Experience in communication plans will be valued.
Effective communication skills and experience in implementing cultural change initiatives.
Knowledge of development tools and onboarding processes.
Ability to work as a team and foster a collaborative environment.
