Main accountabilities.
T&C services to Hotels in the Hub.
Acts as a true T&C Business partner to Leaders Operations Delivers the services to Hotels, as per Management and franchise agreement.
Manages Hotel schools relations Promote optional and billable T&C services to Franchise and Managed hotels, notably recruitment on demand and talent programs, but also digital solutions and training by Accor Academy.
Collaborate with the CoE Operations for Bloom Talent Acquisition MED.
Ensures Managed hotels General Managers selection, acting as an agency Identifies future GM & HODs pipeline & ensures development of top talent Heads of Departments Ensures Support Office talent selection (in MED region) as per needs, in compliance with Company selection standards & processes & Budgets Guarantees excellent onboarding process for all new hires Hotel Openings and Massive Recruitments Assessment Centers Define Employer Branding actions and strategy for the region Project Management Implement and adapt global and ENA projects at local level Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous HR experience as generalist Consultancy & sales background Languages.
Spanish, Portuguese & English Ability to implement projects Labor law knowledge for Spain and Portugal Capacity to accompany different profiles in different languages Management of a team   Additional Information What's in there for you?
