TALENT DEVELOPMENT LEAD WITH ENGLISH

With app developers and publishers as clients worldwide, they have 3 Hubs (Warsaw, Barcelona, and Virginia) and are now looking for a Talent Development Lead to join the People team! This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees.
Some of the main tasks involve assessing the current needs, creating programs ad-hoc, and working closely with leadership to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities Identify current and future skills requirements through collaboration with department heads and senior management.
Design and deliver high-impact training and development programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.
Utilize e-learning platforms and other digital tools to deliver training content effectively.
Evaluate and select external training vendors and manage relationships to ensure quality and relevance Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to support employee growth and career development.
Provide guidance and support to managers on talent development best practices Develop tools and resources to help managers and employees engage in meaningful performance conversations.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze data to measure training outcomes and ROI.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on talent development activities and impact.
Core Skills/experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent development, training, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training and development programs.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
