Requisitos Profesional en Ingenierías, Administracion, Economía o Ciencias Humanas con estudios de postrado en Administracion, Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería o afines.
Mínimo ocho (8) años de experiencia en cargos de relacionados en compañías del sector de la hospitalidad (Hotelería, Restaurantes, Hospitales, etc).
Dominio de inglés según el marco común europeo.
B2.
Se valora habilidad lecto-escrita y oral de otros idiomas.
Conocimientos en atracción y retención de talento de personal operativo y/o de mano de obra no calificada, especialmente en estrategias de gestión de selección masiva.
