He / she provides consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in keeping with the spirit of quality and excellence of Global Blue.In addition he / she will also refund (cash & non cash) Global Blue Tax Free Cheques and assistance to travelers within the range of customs clearance.Customer careProvide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service;Go the "extra mile" to guarantee excellent customer experience to VIP customers;Provide a warm welcome to the guests and lead them to the their seats;Provide full assistance: explain procedures, be proactive in answering questions, anticipate needs;Mitigate conflicts with the travelers, contributing to the best customer satisfaction.CommercialPromote and explain the benefits of ongoing campaigns to tourists.Provide quality and consistent service by identifying customer needs and working on customer relations.Understand tourists needs and interests and build loyalty by offering personalized advice on GB products.Contribute to the development of our business by identifying and reporting opportunities.Focus on results to meet Merchants' expectations and pursue targets.Refund and Issuing Tax Free formsRefunding Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue;Handle refunds in cash or other payment methods in accordance with internal Global Blue guidelines.Support the tourist providing relative information.Training and experienceExperience in direct Customer Service.High level of English is a must, Russian/Chinese/Arabic is an asset.Experience in cash handling.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation.Ability to communicate and inspire.Strong customer service, problem solving and business sense.Willing to work in shifts.Specific skills and competenciesFlexible and proactive.Good organizational skills and ability to work independently following given guidelines.Good knowledge of MS Office products.Dynamic, creative and willing to participate and enjoy teamwork.
