This is reflected by the inclusion of the company in the Bloomberg Gender Equality index and the fact that it has been certified as a Top Employer 2022 in Europe (Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal and Romania), both of which recognize its employee-driven policies.Main Functions Support the team in the definition, management and execution of global transfer pricing policies.Support the team in the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation.Provision of transfer pricing support/advice to business units and other functional groups (Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.) whenever necessary.Conduct relations with tax auditors, when necessary, in the course of tax audits and transfer pricing related procedures (APAs and MAPs).Analyze the impact at Group level of major transfer pricing developments (BEPS, case law, etc.).Support the team in the development and actualization of transfer pricing policies according to business, tax and regulatory rules applicable at each time.Active involvement in processes optimization.Other duties as requiredQualification University Degree in Law, Business Administration or Economics.Master in Taxation/International Taxation.Ability to read, write/speak English fluently and Spanish.What makes us proud as an employer:• TOP Employer Europe 2024 certification.• Bloomberg Gender Equality Index 2024.• Top Workplaces US 2024.• Certification in Conciliation (Excellence) by the Más Familia Foundation;
