At ING we are looking for a Tech Strategic Sourcing Expert LeadYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Expert Lead to join our new Strategic sourcing and Workforce area of the Center of Expertise Governance & Operational Excellence in the CIO domain.The responsibility of this team is ensure ING is in control of all its sourced Tech activities and our goal is to define a holistic approach for our tech Workforce (internal, externals and Hubs) and control our Tech strategic sourcing.Your key responsibilities:As an Expert lead you will:Be the direct manager of the Strategic sourcing and Workforce team.Define holistically our Tech workforce strategy, determining the appropriate staffing levels.Be the link with HR for IT people needs, as well as CTO, Finance and Procurement to link workforce strategy definition with execution and follow up.Analyse our technological needs and make sure they are satisfied by both Global suppliers and 3rd parties, meeting our high-quality standards.Overview and escalate dependencies with global projects and/or key external capabilities.Maintain financial control and budget supervision for all our sourcing activities, with focus on key outsourced technical services and Intercompany.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
