TECHNICAL /SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical /Software Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our clients, helping them implement, optimize, and troubleshoot IT systems and solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, provide expert advice, and ensure the successful deployment and operation of IT solutions that align with their business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison between the Company and clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and exceptional service.Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on IT systems, including hardware, software, network, and security solutions, to help clients make informed decisions that meet their business requirements.Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and design tailored IT solutions, including the configuration and integration of systems.Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the services provided to clients.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client needs are met and to contribute to the overall success of the company.Your Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in learning management systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting or IT support role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer-facing IT solutions.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT systems, databases, software applications including programming languages such as Python.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.Project Management: Experience managing IT projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Communicates fluently in English and ideally Italian languageWe offer:Competitive salary packageInternational work environment.
