We count on our Technical Writers to ensure that our complex technical information is accessible and understandable to our diverse user base.As we grow our business, we’re seeking an experienced Technical Writer who can create clear and concise documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences. Specifically, we’re searching for someone with fresh ideas and a unique viewpoint, who enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences for every interaction.So if you have a keen sense of detail, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content, this role is for you!Join us in shaping the future of technology!Responsibilities:As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our products, systems, and processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information and ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our users. Your work will help to ensure that our platform is well-understood and effectively utilized by its users.Documentation Creation and Maintenance:Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and system manuals.Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.Update documentation to reflect changes in our products, systems, and processes.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.Participate in product development meetings to stay informed about new features and changes.Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to understand documentation needs and gather feedback for improvements.Quality Assurance:Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines.Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of documentation.Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the latest product releases and updates.Tool and Process Management:Manage documentation tools and platforms, ensuring they are effectively used and maintained.Implement best practices for content organization, version control, and publication.Stay current with industry trends and tools in technical writing and documentation.Who are you?You are excited by future trends in technology, especially at the thought of working with 3D technologies.You are a creative thinker, thinking outside the box on new innovative digital solutions in a practical way.You have a can-do attitude, and you are not afraid to say "I do not know - but I can find out!".You are an effective communicator who can influence other leaders and drive decisions.You are able to explain complex concepts effectively and coach less experienced staff.You are self-motivated and can work independently while also engaging closely with colleagues to drive outcomes.You pay attention to details and hold yourself and others accountable to delivering set results.You dig deep and get things done.On a professional level, we expect you to have the following qualifications:Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Communicator, or similar role.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise documentation.Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Git, Markdown, and content management systems.Basic knowledge of programming languages and software development processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our teams want to achieve big things!English working proficiency and communication skills (verbal and written).
