Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties related to the troubleshooting and repair of terminals down to the component level and boards, under general supervision.
Tests equipment to determine cause of failure.
Uses schematics and/or technical manuals in the repair/maintenance of terminal boards, etc.
Component level troubleshooting of PC boards and sub-assemblies using oscilloscope, multi- meter, etc.
Maintains log of incoming and outgoing terminals and repairs using data entry work station.
Inspects terminal, circuits, etc.
for damage.
Cleans interior/exterior of terminal, boards, etc.
Assists field service technicians with terminal related problems or in obtaining necessary supplies.
Maintains terminals used in agent training as needed.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Loading/unloading trucks.
Operates various equipment/machines including computer, oscilloscope, multi- meter, forklift, etc.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
