TENDER & LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS RESPONSIBLE - TRANSPORT & XDOCK

HORSE is a leading company in the automotive sector dedicated to the development, production, and supply of internal combustion engines, full hybrids, and plug-in hybrids. Our main objective is to reinvent combustion and lead low-emission propulsion solutions.We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in logistics and transportation, whose role will be to optimise transport flow, oversee tender processes, and implement cost-effective strategies.Your responsibilities will include:Leading transport projects from initiation to completion.Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient project delivery.Developing and implementing logistical solutions and cost-effective models.Estimating total logistics costs for the project and developing budgets.Implementing project risk management practices.Identifying opportunities to improve transport flow efficiency.Overseeing the tender process for transport services.Ensuring the development of team skills.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in supply chain management, project management, tender processes, supply chain engineering, or a similar field (minimum five years).Excellent knowledge of supply chain and tender processes, including contract negotiations.Experience in leadership roles and team management.High level of English and Spanish; another European language is a plus.Knowledge of relevant software and tools.Skills we expect from you:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong project management skills.Knowledge of transport regulations, trends, and best practices.Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of initiative.Strategic and analytical thinking.Good adaptability.What we offer:Permanent contract.Relocation package.Around 10% variable salary.Remote work (Hybrid Mode) and Flexible Hours.Internal training plans.Professional growth.Ideal situation to participate in the best automotive projects worldwide.Life and accident insurance.If you believe your professional experience and motivation align with the requirements of this role, do not hesitate to apply and submit your application.
