Job Description Key Responsibilities Bid Preparation.
Assist in preparing high-quality offers to meet growth and profit targets, aligned with customer requests and GE Vernova’s sales policies and practices.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with the Tendering Team, internal customers, and external suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination with the Sourcing Department.
Interphase Meetings.
Participate in meetings with operations and engineering teams of the SSP unit and Grid Products, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Document Preparation.
Support the preparation of EAS Sheets and Tender Documents in conjunction with the Tendering Manager.
Project Handoff.
Aid in the handoff process of sold projects to Project Managers and support project execution for clarifications and any additional scope work.
Proposal Standardization.
Maintain standardized proposal text and formatting while developing tools and processes to improve execution and ensure best practices.
Continuous Improvement.
Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement in the proposal development process.
Qualifications Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
Language Skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
Industry Experience.
Experience in the electrical transmission industry.
Technical Skills.
Knowledge of CAD 2D and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Interest and Knowledge.
Strong interest and knowledge in electrical systems and high voltage equipment.
